GHIBLIPLAST plastic pipes are made using the technology of spiral winding of polyethylene HDPE and polypropylene PPH. They are manufactured in different diameters:
Using the excellent properties of the material from which we produce plastic pipes (high density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PPH) and the special technology in their processing - spiral winding), we produce high quality plastic pipes that have a wide use:
The material from which we produce plastic pipes is on the positive list of European Union materials for this application. All our products are certified and environmentally friendly. HDPE type PE 80 and PE 100 allows our plastic pipes and sewer shafts to be characterized by exceptional mechanical properties. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) has high tensile strength and excellent compressive strength. It is resistant to wear due to the low coefficient of friction, so it prevents the appearance of grooves and scratches during use. An extremely tough material, its toughness is reflected at extremely low temperatures.
GHIBLIPLAST plastic pipes are very low weight, which enables significant savings in transport, handling and installation. Low weight is a special advantage when it comes to building pipelines through inaccessible terrains. GHIBLIPLAST plastic pipes have good hydraulic characteristics. The outer wall of the pipe is extruded in the form of a spiral, and the smooth inner surface, which has a low coefficient of friction, guarantees that even after long use, no deposits will form. It is also possible to flush the sewer under high pressure thanks to the properties of the material and lift the pipe. Our spiral pipes can withstand significantly higher loads compared to smooth and corrugated pipes, thanks primarily to the high elasticity and high stiffness of the ring, which increases or decreases with the step of the ring, but depending on the need, the so-called sandwich profile that has great rigidity and toughness depending on the purpose and calculation (depth of burial, groundwater pressure, traffic load of the pipeline).
Our plastic pipes are resistant to abrasion, aggressive wastewater, chemical influences and are very durable during mechanical soil movements. The pipes have a long service life, ranging over 50 years and negligible maintenance costs, which allows users to save money.
By installing them, we clearly show that we take great care of human health as well as the protection and preservation of the environment.
Production of these products (pipes and shafts) includes installation in the field, ie. pipeline construction.
