Plastic septic tanks

Plastic septic tanks are horizontal tanks for sedimentation and partial wastewater treatment. Our plastic septic tanks are a modern solution for wastewater disposal in households, schools, kindergartens, weekend resorts, hotel and motel accommodations.

GHIBLIPLAST septic tanks are made using the technology of spiral winding of high-density polyethylene HDPE, a material of exceptional chemical resistance, which does not receive odors from liquids or emit them, so it is absolutely suitable for storage of sanitary-fecal wastewater. HDPE is non-porous and resistant to all types of chemicals used in households. In addition to the already mentioned chemical resistance and long service life (about 50 years), it is also characterized by excellent mechanical properties, of which, for the use of septic tanks, the most important ones are its high static load capacity, high resistance to pressure and fracture.

This material has great tensile strength and excellent compressive strength. It is resistant to wear due to the low coefficient of friction, so it prevents the appearance of grooves and scratches during use. An extremely tough material, and toughness is reflected at extremely low temperatures (thermo-resistant - at temperatures from -30°C to +80°C). Septic tanks are divided into two types: flowing (two-chamber and three-chamber) and non-flowing. Non-flowing septic tanks are used in cases when there are no built sewerage systems and in places where partially purified water from flowing septic tanks would be drained into the ground through pipelines and drainage channels without endangering drinking water sources. We can use them for up to 50 people. By installing them, we clearly show that we take care for human health and the protection and preservation of the environment.

Septic tanks can be used as a temporary wastewater drainage solution where sewer construction is planned. The septic tank is a buried vessel. It must be installed in an accessible place for maintenance and emptying. This septic tank system is emptied once a year.

Flowing septic tanks - two-chamber and three-chamber

Three-chamber and two-chamber flowing septic tanks are systems for collecting sanitary-fecal wastewater from households. They are used in cases when there are no built sewer system.

Septic tanks with partial biological wastewater treatment are used for the purpose of removing floating and other substances that can be removed by separation. Drainage from flowing septic tanks into surface water is not allowed, but we can lead them through pipelines and drainage channels into the ground, provided that the water sources are not endangered. Floating contents are removed from wastewater coming from the household into the septic tank mechanically. This is an exclusively mechanical treatment for which a pit volume of 1500 liters per person is projected. If we know that the consumption of 200 liters of water per person per day is used for the calculation, we can conclude that wastewater passes through the system during 7 days. Such septic tanks must have a total volume of at least 6,000 liters.

GHIBLIPLAST septic tanks with a volume of 6,000 liters are enough for the needs of an average household of 4 - 5 members, and 1500 liters of volume must be added to the calculations for each subsequent resident. In septic tanks, biological decomposition takes place, which is not final. The effluent from the three-chamber septic tank is cleaner and smells less.
