Tanks are horizontal plastic tanks that are produced by spiral winding of polyethylene and polypropylene, but they differ in their purpose and thus in construction from other tanks. GHIBLIPLAST tanks can be overground or underground. Due to space savings and safety, these horizontal plastic tanks are usually buried in the ground. If they are installed overground, plastic or other kind of mounts must be used.
They are constructed in such a way that they are able to endure, in addition to the internal hydrostatic pressure, the external loads of the buried layer of the earth if they are buried, or the dynamic movement of the liquid during filling and emptying, if they are above ground. These horizontal tanks are most widely used in households, schools, kindergartens, weekend resorts, hotel and motel accommodations, as well as in the drinking water storage industry, but also as sedimentation tanks for fecal or technical water, separators for industrial waste or storage of other industrial fluids. Our plastic water tanks can be easily used instead of concrete tanks for individual households and cottages, as well as entire settlements. Tanks are produced in volumes up to 100,000 liters.
GHIBLIPLAST plastic tanks made of high-density polyethylene HDPE and polypropylene PPH have multiple advantages over tanks made of traditional materials, one of them being the fact that they can be used for fresh water storage. Thanks to our production process, they have a great price. HDPE (high density polyethylene) is a material used in the production of our. It is on the positive list of European Union materials for this application. All our products are certified and environmentally friendly. HDPE type PE 80 and PE 100 allows our products to have the following properties:
GHIBLIPLAST tanks can be equipped with plastic fittings (internal threaded connections, flanges, valves, taps, level indicators, inspection openings, vents, overflows, ladders, anchoring feet, carrying lugs, nozzles etc).
In addition to the standard water tanks with smaller volumes, horizontal tanks are produced exclusively on order.
Based on the specific requirements of the user in terms of the desired dimensions of the tank, volume, purpose, etc. specific calculation and sizing are performed.
